摘　　要：目前,在我国艾滋病患者救助研究领域,学界主要集中研究中部地区艾滋病患者,但是,缺少对少数民族地区艾滋病患者的关注。本研究通过对四川凉山彝族自治州乡村艾滋病患者的问卷调查与深度访谈,运用社会支持理论,从客观支持与主观支持两个方面分析了凉山彝族乡村艾滋病患者救助工作的现状,并从政府主导、医疗条件、民族资源、民间组织、患者互助五个方面总结了凉山州在构建彝族乡村艾滋病患者社会支持体系过程中的经验。At present, in the area of research into the AIDS patients relief in China, academia is mainly focused on the relief work of the AIDS patients in the central region, but the lack of concern for minority areas AIDS patients. In this study, the survey and in-depth interviews of Sichuan Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture rural AIDS patients, uses the theory of social support and analyzes the status quo of the relief work of the Liangshan Yi rural HIV patients from the two aspects of the objective support and subjective support and summed up the experience of Liangshan Prefecture in building Yi s^ial support system of rural AIDS patients from five aspects： government-led, medical conditions, national resources, civil society organizations and patients with mutual aid.
