摘　　要：对体验经济背景下历史街区更新中面临的问题和新的需求进行了分析,在此基础上从建筑学的角度提出了功能置换的改造手法,阐述了功能置换与体验经济的关系,归纳了功能置换的三种具体形式,并从普遍性和特殊性两方面分析了功能置换的内容。This essay firstly analyzes the problems and new demands that the historic streets have met in the context of experience economy. Then it puts forward renovation process of function replacement from the angle of architecture. This essay describes the relationship between functional replacement and experience economy, summarizes three forms of function re- placement and analyzes the concrete contents of function replace- ment comprehensively from the universal and particular level.
