摘 要:目的:建立同时测定小儿清热止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸甲基麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:采用毛细管电泳法,内标为盐酸小檗碱。毛细管柱为未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱,运行缓冲液为40mmol/L四硼酸钠-15%甲醇(pH9.96),分离电压为12kV,进样方式为重力进样10s(高度15cm),检测波长为190nm,温度为25℃,湿度为<70%。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸甲基麻黄碱检测质量浓度分别在2.4~30、1.2~15、0.308~3.85μg/ml范围内与各自峰面积积分值线性关系良好;3种成分的平均加样回收率分别为96.3%、99.6%、97.6%,RSD分别为1.30%、1.76%、2.52%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,可用于小儿清热止咳口服液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determinnation of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride in Xiao'er qingre zhike oral solution. METHODS: Capillary electrophoresis was adopted using berberine hydrochloride as internal standard. The separation was performed on a fused silica capillary column. 40 mmol/ L NaB4OT+15% ethanol (pH 9.96) was selected as the running buffer. The voltage applied was 12 kV. The sample was injected by gravity(10 s, 15 cm). The detection wavelength was set at 190 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and humidity was lower than 70 %. RESULTS: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride were 2.4-30 μg/ml, 1.2-15 μg/ml, 0.308-3.85 μg/ml. The average recoveries were 96.3%, 99.6% and 97.6%, respectively. RSDs were 1.30%, 1.76% and 2.52%, respectively (n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable for the quality control of Xiao'er qin^re zhike oral solution.
