摘　　要：目的:建立测定利鼻片中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(62:38,V/V),检测波长为300nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量为5μl。结果:欧前胡素进样量在0.01075～0.2688μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.63%,RSD=1.35%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于利鼻片中欧前胡素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of imperatorin in Libi tablets. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Zorbax SB-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （62 ： 38） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 300 nm and column temperature was 35℃. The injection volume was 5μ1. RESULTS： The linear range of imperatorin was 0.010 75-0.268 8 lag （r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 97.63% （RSD=1.35%, n=6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and specific with good reproducibility, and it can be used for the content determination of imperatorin in Libi tablets.
