摘  要:上海玻璃器皿一厂与上海建材学院合作,进行了玻璃电熔窑熔制过程的模拟试验研究,试验以相似理论为基础,借助物理模型来研究实际熔窑中运行工况,为使模型试验结果能较好地推论到实际熔窑中,模型与原型间必须具有较好的相似性。An all-electric operating shaft furnace for lead crystal glass was used as a trial simulation. The ratio of the model to the full-sized furnace is 1:10 on the geometricalscale.On the basis of the observation on glass current patterns and measurement of the temperature distribution, the influence of power distribution of the three-layer-electrode on pre-melting zone, melting zone and conditioning zone of the electric shaft furnace was investgated. Also, the characteristics of power distribution in cross section of the furnace, the thermal instability of all-electrio process under conditions of the 'hot top' and 'cold top' and the effect of the third layer electrode on the glass pull have been discussed.
