头孢唑肟致不良反应33例文献分析

摘　　要：目的:总结和探讨头孢唑肟所致各种不良反应的一般规律、特点及其发生机制,以期促进临床合理用药。方法:在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以"头孢唑肟"及其商品名为关键词,检索1994年1月—2012年12月期间与头孢唑肟相关的不良反应报道,并进行回顾性总结和分析。结果:共检索和筛选33例病例,男女比例约为2∶1,儿童及老年人构成比较高,以过敏反应为主,部分病例出现神经系统反应。结论:应用头孢唑肟时,应严格掌握适应证及用量,加强用药监护和指导,对高敏体质和特殊患者实行重点监护,确保用药安全。Objectives：To summarize and discuss the general regularity and characteristics and mechanisms of ceftizoxime-induced adverse drug reactions,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic.Methods：Search cases of ceftizoxime-induced ADR in CNKI journals published in jan 1994-Dec 2012,and then summarize retrospectively these cases.Results：33 cases were collected and analyzed.Ceftizoxime-induced ADR mainly occurred in children and old people.The ratio of man and woman is 2 to 1,allergic reaction was main clinical manifestation.Conclusions：We should master the drug indications and regulate the dosage strictly,and strengthen drug monitoring and guidance,focus on the highly sensitive physique and special patients in order to ensure safe drug use.
