摘　　要：运用文献资料法和数据统计法等对(FIG)2005-2008年竞技健美操规则与(FIG)2009-2012年竞技健美操规则进行对比分析,探寻健美操的发展趋势,为准确领会规则的精神,把握其发展动向,为竞技健美操运动的发展提供参考依据。By using the methods of literature material and statistics comparative analyze the rules change of competitive aerobics of 2005-2008 and 2009-2012,research on the development trend of aerobics,for understanding the spirit of rules,grasping the developmental direction to provide reference.
