摘　　要：通过体质测试、数理统计、问卷调查、访谈法等了解百色学院大学生体质现状,分析影响桂西地区大学生体质状况的环境因素,提出了改善大学生体质健康的建议,为促进学校体育改革,全面发展学生的体质和健康水平提供参考依据。By using the methods of physical fitness test,statistics,questionnaire research and interview to understand students′ physique of Baise University,analyze the environmental factors which effect on physique condition of university students in the western area of Guangxi Zhuang nationality,and propose the suggest about improve students′ physique healthy.This paper provides a reference for school physical education reform and comprehensive development of students′ physical fitness and health level.
