甘肃省部分地区14岁以下儿童水痘门诊病例经济负担调查

摘　　要：目的调查了解甘肃省0～14岁儿童水痘门诊病例的疾病负担。方法根据经济发展水平和地理位置,选择兰州、天水、定西、酒泉、庆阳市,甘南州作为研究的现场,分别代表甘肃省的经济状况好、中、差3个区域,抽取0～14岁儿童的临床诊断水痘门诊病例207例,进行经济负担分析。结果该省每例水痘门诊病例的总费用为424.76元,其中就诊费用、交通费用等直接费用为186.19元,占总费用的43.83%,陪护人员劳动损失等间接费用为238.57元,占总费用的56.17%,推算2007年该省的0～14岁人群的水痘门诊病例的经济负担为1.81亿元。结论甘肃省目前水痘病例的经济负担较重。OBJECTIVE To analysis the economic burden of outpatient varicella aged 0-14 children in Gansu. METHODS According to the levels of economic development and geographical location, 207 outpatient cases were sampled from Lanzhou, Tianshui, Dingxi, Jiuquan, Qingyang and Gannan prefectures, which can be behalf of good, medium and poor economic situ- ation in Gansu. RESULTS The cost of outpatient is 424.76 RMB per case, including direct costs such as treatment costs, transportation costs and so on, which accounted for 43.83% of all, indirect costs like accompanying loss of personnel which ac- counted for 56.17% of all. The estimated total cost of outpatient varicella aged 0-14 children in Gansu is 181 million. CON- CLUSION The disease burden is heavy in Gansu. The possibility including the varieella vaccine to EPI should be discussed.
