摘  要:目的分析神经内外科住院患者感染病原菌分布及多重耐药菌分离率,并探讨多重耐药菌感染防控措施。方法回顾性分析某院神经外科及神经内科近3年住院感染患者细菌学分布、多重耐药菌分离率。结果共分离菌株1175株,以革兰阴性菌为主(﹥70%)。神经外科呼吸道标本金黄色葡萄球菌占首位,而神经内科肺炎克雷伯菌占首位。神经外科产ESBLs大肠埃希菌、泰能耐药鲍曼/溶血不动杆菌、MRSA分离率高于神经内科。结论神经外科呼吸道标本金黄色葡萄球菌分离率高于神经内科,而神经内科肺炎克雷伯菌分离率高于神经外科,神经外科多重耐药菌分离率高。应采取综合措施预防和控制多重耐药菌。OBJECTIVE To analyse distribution of infectious pathogens and isolation rate of multidrug resistant organisms isolat- ed from inpatients at Dept of Neurology and Neurosurgery and to discuss relevant preventive and control measures. METHODS We analyzed retrospectively the incidence of hospital-aeuqired infection, distribution of infectious pathogens and isolation rate of mulfidrug resistant organisms at Dept of Neurology and Neurosurgery from 2008 to 2010. RESUITS 1 175 strains were isolat- ed and the majority of strains were Gram-negative bacteria ( 〉 70%). The top list strains from the respiratory tract were Staphy- lococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae at Dept of Neurosurgery and Neurology, respectively. The isolation rate of ESBL- producing Escherichia.coli, imipenem -resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was higher at Neurosurgery than that at Neurology. The isolation rate of imipenem -resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was higher at Neurology than Neurosurgery. CONCLUSION The isolation rate of multidrug resistant organisms was higher at Neurosurgery. Therefore we should strengthen surveillance of pathogenic organisms and multidrug resistant organisms. Judicious use of antimi- crobiat agents. Comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control muhidrug resistant organisms.
