摘 要:全球性的细菌抗生素耐药是近年来感染性疾病治疗所面临的一大难题,细菌可对某类抗菌药物产生耐药性,也可同时对多种化学结构各异的抗菌药物耐药。随着各种新型抗生素在临床的应用,细菌的耐药也越来越广。本文对细菌耐药机制近年来国内外的研究进展进行简要综述,并探索有效的防治措施。A big problem we meet during the treatment of infectious diseases is the global antibiotic resistance of baceria. Bacte- ria can develop resistance to not only a certain kind of antimicrobial agent, but also a variety of different chemical structure of the antimicrobial drugs. With a variety of new antibiotics applied in clinical practice, more and more extensive drug-resistant bacteria appear. The aim of this paper was to give a brief overview of the progress of bacterial resistance at home and abroad in recent years, and also to explore effective control measures.
