摘 要:目的分析2009年青海省手足口病流行病学特征,为手足口病的防控工作提供依据。方法整理青海省2009年手足口病疫情监测数据资料,采用描述性流行病学方法对手足口病三间分布进行分析。结果青海省2009年共报告手足口病例2436例,报告发病率为43.95/10万,全省全年未报告重症以及死亡病例。手足口病病例主要分布在青海省东部地区,一年四季均有发病,6月为发病高峰,以托幼和散居儿童发病较多,发病最多的年龄为3岁,男性多于女性。病原学监测结果肠道病毒71型阳性率57.73%,柯萨奇病毒A组16型阳性率为42.27%。结论青海省手足口病的发生具有明显的地区、季节、年龄、性别差异,2009年引起儿童手足口病的病原体为肠道病毒71型与柯萨奇病毒A组16型,肠道病毒71型略占优势。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) in Qinghai Province in 2009, which will supply a scientific evidence for disease control and prevention. METHODS To collect the surveillance data of HFMD in Qinghai Province in 2009 and the distribution characteristics were analyzed by de- scriptive epidemiological method. RESULTS It showed that 2436 cases of HFMD were reported in Qinghai Province in 2009, the reported incidence rate was 43.95/100 000, and no cases of severe and death all year. The HFMD cases were mainly dis- tributed in the east of Qinghai Province and were reported every month, and June was a peak incidence period. The ehildcare and scattered children with 3 years old were mainly infected. And the male cases infected were more than females. From the re- sults of pathogen surveillance, it showed that positive rate of Enterovirus 71 (EV71) was 57.73%, neutralizing antibody posi- tive rate was 37.60%, and positive rate of Coxsackie virus A16 (Cox A16) was 42.27%. CONCLUSION The incidence of HFMD has significant differences in regional, seasonal, age and gender in Qinghai Province in 2009, and the pathogens were EV71 and Cox A16 in children, of which EV71 was major.
