摘　　要：结合条款文书阐述了生活饮用水卫生标准(GB 5749-2006)中供水方式与消毒剂相关指标值得考虑的问题,与世界卫生组织、美国、欧盟、日本水质标准进行对比研究,讨论了我国通过供水方式区分水质标准存在的弊端,小型集中式供水和分散式供水方式中的游离余氯指标是否合理,对消毒副作用的认识是否全面。最后,对水质标准实施与修订、水质标准分级方式和游离余氯标准提出了建议。The article has elaborated problems of water quality standards of water supply and disinfectant indicators in combina- tion with provisions and instruments, and compared the water quality standards with that of the World Health Organization, the United States, European Union and Japan. The drawback of differentiating water quality standards by classifying the water sup- ply was discussed. It also discussed whether the free residual chlorine of small centralized water supply and decentralized water supply was reasonable and side effects of disinfection were understood comprehensively. Finally, implementation and revision of water quality standards, water quality standard classification methods and standards of free residual chlorine were recommended.
