摘  要:目的 探讨环境镉接触人群尿镉 金属硫蛋白 (Cd MT)的变化。方法 调查了 90名居住在含镉污水灌溉区 3 0年以上的居民尿中尿镉、尿Cd MT和尿肌酐的变化。结果 尿镉和尿Cd MT分别为 ( 5 17± 2 40 ) μg/g·cre和 ( 6 42± 2 3 5 ) μg/g·cre ;尿镉与尿Cd MT之间密切相关 ,且有一定的剂量反应关系。结论 尿Cd MT可作为慢性镉接触引起的肾损害的一个早期监测指标。Objective To study the changes of urinary cadmium metallothionein (Cd MT) content in a population exposed to environmental cadmium.Methods The urinary samples of 90 residents having lived in a cadmium polluted area for more than 30 years were collected. The contents of urinary cadmium, Cd MT and creatinine were determined.Results The contents of urinary cadmium and Cd MT were (5 17±2 40)μg/g·cre and (6 42±2 35)μg/g·cre respectively; Urinary Cd MT appeared to be correlated with urinary cadmium. A dose response relationship existed between those two indices.Conclusion Urinary Cd MT can be used as a sensitive and specific indicator of renal damage at early stage of nephro toxicity.
