摘  要:目的 检测肾小管细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性 ,探讨扶正解毒汤 (FJD)对NiSO4 致肾脏损伤的防治作用及其机理。方法 NiSO4 腹腔注射染毒 ,FJD灌胃防治 ,测定肾小管细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶及Ca2 + ATP酶活性进行评价。结果 NiSO4 组与NS组比较 ,两种酶活性均明显抑制 (P <0 0 1)。用FJD防治后 ,两种酶活性明显改善 (P<0 0 1)。结论 FJD对NiSO4 致大鼠肾小管细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性的抑制有恢复作用 ,可有效防治NiSO4 对肾脏的损害。Objective Measurement of the activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase in the renal tubular membrane in order to study the prevention, treatment and mechanism of Fu Zheng Jie Du Tang (FJD) in the kidneys damaged by nickel sulfate.Methods Nickel sulfate was injected intraperitoneally at the dose of 2.5 mg/kg and then FJD was given by gavage in rats. Activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase in the renal tubular membrane were measured and evaluated.Results The activities of 2 enzymes were inhibited significantly by nickel sulfate compared with that of the controlled (P<0 01). After treatment with FJD, their activities showed a remarkable improvement(P<0 01).Conclusion FJD would have some recovery effect on the inhibited activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase in renal tubular membrane in rats and it could effectively prevent nickel sulfate from damaging the kidneys in rats.
