科学发展视域下的“创意城市”建设——以山西省运城市为例

摘　　要：发展文化创意产业是党中央贯彻落实科学发展观的全局性战略部署。本文以山西省运城市为例,提出了未来"创意城市"建设的设计框架。这一成果为包括运城在内的中西部后发展地区通过发展文化创意产业来促进产业结构优化和升级提供了思路。The development of cultural and creative industries is the overall strategic planning of the CPC Central Committee to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development.Taking Yuncheng City in Shanxi Province as an example,this paper demonstrates the necessity and possibility to develop the cultural and creative industries,and design a framework for constructing such a creative city.The research outcome provides a guideline for the Midwest China,including Yuncheng City,to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure through the development of cultural and creative industries.
