摘　　要：随着我国GIS专业教育的蓬勃发展,创新型GIS专业实验室的建设成为培养适应市场需求多层次GIS人才的有力保障和必经之路。本文以南京邮电大学GIS专业实验室建设为例,围绕校GIS专业人才培养目标与特色,提出了以"四个平台"为主体的创新型GIS实验室建设思路,并详细阐述其建设内涵,包括实验室构建目标与原则、专业实验室平台建设、教师队伍平台建设、创新平台建设和实验室管理平台建设等各个方面,以期与同行共同探讨。With vigorous development of education on GIS specialty in China, construction of innovational GIS laboratory has be- come necessary way when rnultiattribute GIS people with special skills are trained for market demands. This paper took Nanjing Univer- sity of Posts and Telecommunications for an case study, surrounding an objective of talent training of the school and GIS specialty fea- ture, putting forward the construction thinking with taking ＂four platforms＂ as main body of innovational GIS laboratory, and expatia- ting on its contents, including the objective and principle of construction, professional laboratory construction, teaching body construc- tion, and innovation platform construction and laboratory management construction.
