摘　　要：传染性造血器官坏死病(infectious hematopoietic necrosis,IHN)是一种严重危害冷水鱼养殖的病毒病,被列为国家二类动物疫病。作者就国内外对传染性造血器官坏死病病毒(IHNV)的生物学特征、感染的临床症状及流行特点、病毒基因组及其结构蛋白特征、检测诊断技术及防控等方面的研究进行探讨与综述,旨在为该病的预防与控制提供资料。Infectious hematopoietic necrosis（IHN） as the national second-class animal disease was a serious viral disease of cold-water fish.The following aspects of IHN were discussed and reviewed in this papers in order to provide the data for the prevention and control of the disease,such as biological characteristics,clinical symptoms and popular feature,the viral genome and structural protein characteristics,detection and diagnosis technology,the prevetion and control measures.
