摘 要:为了准确地反映牵索挂篮的受力及变形特性,保证牵索挂篮在宽幅斜拉桥悬臂浇筑施工中的安全并有效控制主梁的线形,以无锡葑溪斜拉桥为背景建立牵索挂篮的有限元模型,计算其在各试验工况下的应力及变形,并与实桥静载试验所得数据进行比较分析。结果表明:牵索挂篮的弹性变形及应力变化的有限元计算值与试验值趋势基本一致,误差均在可控范围内;通过牵索挂篮静载试验的有限元分析,可以近似真实地反映牵索挂篮在各工况下的应力及变形情况,可以依据有限元分析结果进行主梁线形控制。In order to correctly reflect the mechanical behavior and deformation trait of the guyed form traveler, guarantee the safety of the guyed form travelers used in the cantilever cast- ing construction of cable-stayed bridges with wide deck and effectively control the geometrical shape of the main girder, the Fengxi Cable-Stayed Bridge in Wuxi was taken as the study back- ground. The finite element model of the guyed form traveler was established to calculate the stress and deformation under different testing load cases. Furthermore, the calculated results were compared with the data gained from the static load test for the real bridge. The results of the comparison indicate that the trend of the calculated elastic deformation and stress variation of the guyed form traveler basically agrees with that of the measured data and the errors are all within a controllable range. The finite element analysis of the static load test of the guyed form traveler can truly reflect the stress and deformation condition of the guyed form traveler under different load cases in an approximate manner, thus, the results of the finite element analysis can be used in the geometrical shape control of the main girder.
