摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭互动式健康教育对老年痴呆患者生活质量及安全性的影响。方法:将60例老年痴呆患者随机分成试验组及对照组各30例。对照组采取常规出院指导及随访,试验组采用家庭互动式健康教育,比较两组患者生活质量及意外发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,试验组生活质量各维度及总分明显提高(P<0.05),跌倒、误吸、烫伤、走失的意外情况发生率和再次住院率明显下降(P<0.05),但误服、误伤的意外发生率经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:家庭互动式健康教育能明显提高老年痴呆患者的生活质量,并提高患者的安全性。Objective：To explore the influence of family interactive health education to quality of life and safety of alzheimer＇s patients（AD）. Methods：60 cases of AD were randomly divided into experimental group and control greup,30 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional discharge guidance and followup,the experimental group used family interactive health education,followup time for orte year. Compared the quality of life and accidents in the two groups patients. Results ： Compared with the control group, the experimental group every dimension of quality of life and the total score improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, fall, aspiration, scald,lost accident rate and rehospitalization rate decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05） ,but accidental ingestion,injury accidents rate was not statistically （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： Family interactive health education can significantly improve the quality of life of AD patients and improve patients＇ safety.
