跌打丸联合山莨宕碱治疗癌症晚期病人静脉营养液外渗的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究跌打丸与山莨宕碱联合使用对肺癌晚期病人静脉营养液外渗的治疗作用。方法:对60例静脉营养液外渗病人随机分组行跌打丸联合山莨宕碱外敷、50%硫酸镁溶液外敷治疗。观察记录各组的显效时间和治愈时间。结果:跌打丸联合山莨宕碱组与硫酸镁组比较,治愈天数明显减少,疗效更好。结论:采用跌打丸联合山莨宕碱外敷治疗癌症晚期病人静脉营养液外渗,疗效明显优于50%硫酸镁湿敷。其方法简便,经济实用,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study of dieda pills and anisedamine combined use in advanced lung cancer patients intravenous nutritional fluid extravasation effect. Methods：60 cases of intravenous nutritional fluid extravasatiou patients randomized pill combined with anisodamine external （experimental group）, 50% magnesium sulfate solution on,saline treated by external application. Observated the effect of time and cure time were recorded. Results：The cure and effective time of experimental group was obviously reduce compared with control group. Conclusion： Dieda pill combined with anisodamine external applying to treat patients with lung cancer patients intravenous nutritional fluid extravasation,the method is simple, effective, time saving and labor saving, economical,non- toxic side effects,it is worthy of clinical application.
