用模糊综合评判法评估薄壁容器的寿命

摘　　要：针对影响薄壁密封容器寿命的许多因素具有复杂性、非确定性以及时变性的特点 ,提出了用动态二级模糊综合评判的方法对其寿命进行评估 ,建立了评估的数学模型和评估流程。在对飞机整体油箱的寿命分析中 ,考虑到保留所有评判因素的影响 ,采用了乘、加型模糊算子 ,并用层次分析 (AHP)法来确定评价指标权重。计算结果表明 ,该方法能够解决油箱寿命评估中一些复杂因素的处理问题 ,具有一定的实际工程意义。Many factors affecting laminal airtight vessel life have, this complex,uncertain and changeable characteristics method of dynamic two grade fuzzy comprehensive decision is introduced to estimate the vessel life, the mathematical model and process of the decision are established. Considering kept the effect of all the evaluation factors, multiplication addition type′s fuzzy operator is adopted in the analysis for the life of entirety oil vessel used in plane, and AHP method is applied to get the evaluation indexes′ weights. The calculational result shows that the method can solve some problems about complex factors in the estimation of oil vessel life and has special significance for real engineering.
