摘　　要：研究了基于 C- dum p变换器的无刷直流电机的换相转矩脉动 ,分析了换相转矩脉动产生的原因 ,对换相电流变化率、储能电容电压和转速变化对换相转矩脉动的影响进行了仿真分析。提出了减小换相转矩脉动的措施 ,并给出了实验波形和实验结果。The commutation torque ripples are the most important factor and it effects on the static characteristic of the PMBDC motor. The commutation torque ripples of a PMBDC motor based on a new kind of power converter——C dump converter are studied. The cause of the commutation torque ripples is analyzed. This paper simulates and analyzes the variation with the voltage of the energy dumped capacitor and with the motor speed of the commutation torque ripples and the rate of change in two commutation phases. The methods of minimizing the commutation torque ripples are presented and experimental result is discussed.
