摘 要:根据工程背景要求,在竖向预应力筋张拉力检测方法牟基础上提出了精确测量回缩损失的方法,形成了测试竖向预应力筋张拉力的K-T曲线,并根据工程实际情况提出了竖向预应力施工质量控制措施,并在水龙互通主桥、水龙特大桥的竖向预应力测试中得到应用,计检测7 560根,水龙互通主桥桥第一次检测合格率80%,水龙特大桥第一次检测合格率74.7%。测试表明进行竖向预应力筋张拉力测试从根本上解决了竖向预应力施工质量不稳定的问题,具有重要的推广意义。Based on testing method for tension of vertical prestressing bars,an accurate testing method for testing slip in anchorages is put forward in this paper to reach the requirements of the engineering background.K-T curves of tension of vertical prestressing bars are obtained and construction quality control measures are proposed according to practical engineering.The measures are applied in vertical prestressing test of Shuilong Interchange Main Bridge and Shuilong Grand Bridge.Among the total 7 560 bars,the qualified rate of Shuilong Interchange Main Bridge is 80%,and that of Shuilong Grand Bridge is 74.7%.The test shows that the tension test of vertical prestressing bars has solved the problem of unstable quality in vertical prestressing construction fundamentally.Thus,it must be of great significance to popularizing the testing method.
