摘　　要：介绍了高等学校协同创新的背景及高校人才培养协同创新的意义,基于全面提升高校教学质量和科技创新能力视角,分析了国内高校在人才培养协同创新方面的成功经验,结合航海人才培养的特殊要求探讨了我校航海人才培养协同创新的实践.This paper introduces the background of coordinated innovation and the significance of personnel training coordinated innovation in colleges and universities ; analyses the successful experience of domestic colleges and uni- versities in personnel training based on the special perspective of enhancing the university＇ s teaching quality and scientific and technological innovation capacity; discusses the practice of maritime personnel training coordinated innovation in Guangzhou Maritime College according to the special requirements of maritime personnel training.
