摘　　要：数据分析与管理建模是哈尔滨工业大学信息管理与信息系统专业根据就业市场需求所设立的一门新课.本课程以研究型教学模式为导向,选择数据挖掘中的经典分析方法作为教学内容,根据本课程的特点,采用二元教学模式,即知识导向与能力导向相结合、平等参与与权威控制相结合,将合作性学习贯穿整个教学过程之中,同时,考评体系采用了学科竞赛参与模式.于2010年春季学期进行的第一轮教学实践表明:本课程的教学设计合理、教学效果良好,从而为本科教学改革提供了一个可以借鉴的新案例.In line with the firms and businesses in Chinese market, a new course, data analysis and management modeling is designed for the information management and information system students. Some classical data mining methods are introduced to them by the research-oriented training procedure. The course, whether instructor controlled or equally involved in the class, are both ability orientation and traditional knowledge transfer. Collaboration among the students is not only in the class but also in the examination when they are encouraged to the mathematical modeling competition. The teaching practice in 2010 indicates that the course design is acceptable and it provides a new case in undergraduate teaching reform.
