摘　　要：目前,县级公共图书馆依然是制约我国公共图书馆事业发展的瓶颈。从图书馆内部和外部两个层面分析制约县级公共图书馆发展的因素,并提出应对策略,以期促进县级公共图书馆的发展。At present, the county-level public library is still the bottleneck which restricting the development of the public library in China. From internal and external levels of the library,this article analyses the influencing factors in the development of county-level public library, and proposes some countermeasures to promoting the development of the county-level public library.
