摘　　要：戏仿是互文手法中的一种,通过对源文进行戏谑性模仿来实现作者自己的目的。柏拉图的《会饮篇》是人类历史上最早礼赞爱情的诗篇,美国作家雷蒙德·卡弗在小说《讨论爱情时,我们说些什么》中通过对《会饮篇》进行结构与主题上的戏仿,反映了20世纪60年代美国社会深刻变革带给人们的精神痛苦以及对于寻求真爱的迷惘。Parody is a way of intertextuality, by which the author achieve his intention through imitating the hypertext. Plato! s ＂Symposium＂ is the earliest recorded piece of work praising love in history. By parodying ＂Symposium＂, Raymond Carver, American short story writer, in his ＂what we talk about, when we talk about love＂ expresses the confusion and pain in seeking true love in modern world caused by dramatic changes in the 1960s American society.
