兵团师域功能定位及发展方向研究——以主体功能区为视角

摘　　要：该文根据资源环境承载力、开发密度和发展潜力等因素确定了区域主体功能区划分的指标体系,以兵团13个师为基本空间单元,用综合指数法对兵团主体功能区进行了试划,根据划分结果,结合兵团"十二五"规划和各师"十二五"发展纲要确定出兵团师域的发展方向及功能,以此作为各师统筹生态环境功能和经济社会发展方向的依据,明确各师发展的重点和核心定位。The paper tries to determine the index system for partition of major functional regions based on bearing capacity of resources and environment, development density and development potentials. Tak- ing 13 agricultural divisions of XPCC as the basic units, the study does tentative partition of the major functional regions of XPCC using comprehensive index method. According to the study results, XPCC 12th Five-year Plan and 12th Five-year Development Outlines for 13 agricultural divisions, the study has determined the functions for 13 agricultural divisions and their developmental directions. Therefore the functions and directions serve as the foundation for 13 divisions to plan their eco-environmental func- tions, social and economic development, and their developmental focuses and cores are thus made clear.
