天绘一号卫星任务规划系统综述

摘　　要：卫星对地观测任务规划是为了满足用户的数据需求，对卫星系统资源和对地观测任务进行规划与调度的过程。合理的任务规划是提高卫星系统效能的重要手段。本文对我国首颗传输型立体测绘卫星“天绘一号”的任务规划系统进行了全面综述，主要内容包括任务规划系统的职能、组成、工作流程以及特点，最后对天绘一号卫星任务规划系统的运行情况给出了评价。Mission planning for earth observing satellite refers to the process of making plans and controlling the satellite system resource and earth observation mission, and the purpose is to satisfy the data requirement of customers. Rational mission planning is an important means to improve the efficacy of satellite system. The paper makes a comprehensive review of the mission planning system of the Tian Hui - 01, the first transmission - type stereo surveying and mapping satellite of our country. The main content includes the function, composition . working flow and features of the mission planning system. At last, the operation performance of the system is evaluated.
