摘　　要：目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片联合替米沙坦治疗老年高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:将79例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组口服非洛地平缓释片,治疗组口服非洛地平缓释片+替米沙坦,疗程8周。结果:治疗组血压下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片联合替米沙坦能有效降低老年高血压患者的血压水平,耐受性好。Objective ：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Felodipine sustained - release tablets combined with Telmisartan in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods：79 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, control group was treated with Felodipine sustained - release tablets, treatment group was treated with Felodipine sustained - release tablets and Telmisartan. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Results：The blood pressure of treatment group descend than control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; The effective rate of treatment group is superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There was no significant difference in occurrence of the adverse reactions of treatment and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Felodipine sustained -release tablets combined with Telmisartan can effectively reduce the blood pressure for elderly patients with hypertension, tolerance is good.
