摘　　要：帕金森病是常见的神经系统变性疾病,药物治疗是目前缓解其症状的主要方法。普拉克索是近年来应用于临床的新型多巴胺受体激动剂,其适应范围广,副作用较小,是临床治疗的良好选择。尤其是新的缓释剂型的上市,克服了速释剂型在药动学和药效学方面的劣势,为更好的控制帕金森病症状提供了新的选择。本文将对普拉克索的药理作用、临床研究、不良反应等加以综述。Parkinson＇s disease is the common neurodegenerative disease and drug therapy is currently the main method for alleviating the symptoms. Pramipexole is a new type of dopamine receptor agonist used clinically in recent years and it is a good choice for clinical treatment due to the wide adaptation range and fewer side effects. The sustained release dosage forms overcomes the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic disadvantage of immediate-release formulation and provides a new choice for better controlling the symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease. The pharmacological effects, clinical studies, adverse reactions ofpramipexole were summarized in the article.
