结合JCI标准健全药品库房质量管理体系的实践

摘　　要：目的:结合美国医疗机构联合评审委员会国际部(Joint Commission International,JCI)标准,建立我院药品库房质量管理体系,完善药品库房的管理。方法:以JCI标准为基础,从完善工作制度及工作流程、有效管理药品库存、利用SAP和HIS信息系统进行药品信息管理、加强库房药品质量控制与持续改进并建立药品质量管理制度、健全员工专业技术培训体系、以及健全安全事件预警应急体系等方面完善医院药品库房各个工作环节。结果:根据JCI标准对医院药品库房的管理进行了改进和完善,建立药品库房质量保证体系,提高了员工的专业技能。结论:结合JCI标准健全药品库房质量管理体系能促进药品库房工作流程改进,提供安全、有效的药品保障,提升药品库房管理水平。Objective： To discuss the experience of establishing a new quality management system on the basis of JCI （Joint Commission International） accreditation standard, and improve the management of the drug storehouse. Methods： Based on the JCI accreditation standard, many aspects of the routine works in drug storehouse were improved, including the working system, working procedure, the management of drug stockpile, the management of drug information by SAP and HIS system, the quality control of drugs, the training system, and early warning emergency system. Results： We improved the management of drug store, established the quality control system of drug storehouse on the basis of JCI standards, and the personnel＇s professional skills were improved. Conclusion： The quality control system of drug storehouse with JCI accreditation standard could promote the improvement of workflow of drug storehouse, ensure the safety and efficacy of drug application, and upgrade the management level of drug storehouse.
