摘　　要：为了检测兽用狂犬病灭活疫苗(Flury株)对本动物的免疫效力,采用中试生产的3批疫苗和OIE参考疫苗以2.0IU剂量对3月龄健康比格犬进行免疫,分别检测在第一次免疫后14d和第二次免疫后7d血清中狂犬病病毒抗体效价。结果表明,无论是一次免疫,还是二次加强免疫,与采用同样剂量的OIE狂犬病参考疫苗的免疫效果差异不显著(P>0.05),中和抗体均达到有效保护水平(≥0.5IU)。In order to detect the potency of Rabieslnactivated vaccine （Flury strain）, 3-month-old healthy beagle dogs were inoculated with 3 batches of the pilot Vaccines and OIE reference vaccine using 2.01U dose. After the 14th day of the first immunization and the 7th day of the s titers were detected. The results strengthen immunity, the antibody rabies reference vaccine and the econd immunization, the rabies neutralizingantibody show that, whether it is the first or secondary to titers were not significant （P〉0. 05） between the OIE pilot vaccines. The titers of neutralizing antibodyachieved the effective level of protection （≥ 0.5IU）.
