摘 要:为了提高对瓦斯突出区域预测的准确性,确定合理的瓦斯含量临界值,分析了不同煤阶煤的吸附特征,搭建了具有温控功能的大质量煤样瓦斯吸附解吸实验系统。实验分析了瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力和钻屑瓦斯解吸指标的相互关系,确定出了不同煤阶瓦斯含量临界值。结果表明:①煤的变质程度越高,煤吸附甲烷的能力越强,区域预测瓦斯含量临界值就越高;②龙山矿无烟煤吸附常数(a)值为43.224~45.013m3/t,瓦斯压力为0.74MPa时对应的瓦斯含量最低为10.9m3/t,Δh2为200Pa对应的瓦斯含量最低为10.8m3/t,确定其瓦斯含量临界值为10.0m3/t;③大众矿贫煤a值为30.813~33.85m3/t,瓦斯压力0.74MPa对应的瓦斯含量最低为9.04m3/t,Δh2为200Pa对应的瓦斯含量最低为9.3m3/t,考虑到该矿煤质松软,确定其临界值为8.0m3/t。现场跟踪考察结果表明,所确定的瓦斯含量临界值安全可靠,该研究成果可为其他类似矿区提供借鉴。In order to improve the accuracy of regional prediction and determine the critical value of reasonable methane gas content, the ad- sorption characteristics of different-rank coals were studied, and an experimental system for efficient methane gas adsorption-desorption large-mass coal samples with temperature control function was developed, the relationships between gas content, gas pressure and the index of drill cuttings absorption and release (△h2) were studied, and the critical values of methane gas content of different-rank coals were thus de- termined. The following results were achieved. (1) The higher the coal rank, the stronger the coal's adsorption ability, and the higher the gas content critical value will be. (2) The adsorption constants a of Longshan anthracite coals are 43. 224 - 45. 013 m^3/t, and the minimum gas content is 10.9 m^3/t when Ah2 is 0.74 MPa and 10.8 m^3/t when &hE is 200 MPa, from which the critical value of gas content is deter- mined to be 10.0 m^3/t. (3) The adsorption constants a of Dazhong lean coals are 30. 813 - 33.85 m^3/t, and the minimum gas content is 9. 04 m^3/t when Ah2 is 0. 74 MPa and 9. 3 m^3/t when Ah2 is 200 MPa, from which the critical value of gas content is determined to be 8. 0 ma/t with the soft coal seams there taken into account as well. Site tracking inspection results show that the gas content critical values deter- mined in the two case studies are reliable and the study results can provide a reference for other similar coal mines_
