摘　　要：针对PCT型过程控制实验装置在高校实验教学中存在某些实验项目设计不符合实验原理、组态工程结构不合理、实验过程中接线容易出错等相关问题,对组态软件进行改进:重新设计实验项目、优化软件系统结构、调整接线规则。实施效果良好。Aiming at the related problems that the design of some experiment projects does not accord with the test principle, configuration engineering structure is unreasonable, the experimental process wiring error is easy in university experimental teaching using process control experiment device of type PCT. We improve the configuration software, redesign the experiment project, optimize the software system structure and adjust the wiring rules. Implementation effect is good.
