摘  要:以菊花"兼六香菊"品种为试材,研究了定头至花芽分化期喷施10、15、20mg/L 3种浓度的马来酰肼(MH)水溶液对"兼六香菊花期"生理生化动态及花径、株高和花期的影响。结果表明:各处理花瓣中的可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖含量都有一定程度的下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)活力均受到不同程度的抑制,而丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子(O2.)产生速率以及花瓣浸出液的相对电导率等不利的生理指标降低较为明显。总体反应为负面生理指标的减低幅度大于正面生理指标。处理组花径减小,株高降低,开花推迟,花期延长。其中以MH15mg/L处理优化观赏价值、延长花期最为适中。Taking chrysanthemum ‘Jianliuxiangiu' varieties as materails, three concentrations ( 10, 15,20 mg/L) maleic hydrazide (MH) aqueous solution were sprayed from fixed-head to flower bud differentiation. Physiological and biochemical indices in petals, flower diameter and plant height were determined during florescence. The results showed that the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar in petals of treatment groups had a decrease to a certain extent, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were inhibited in varying degrees. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide anion (O2.) production rate and petals extract relative conductivity in petals were obviously declined. The overall changes for negative physiological indices reduced greater than the positive ones. Flower diameter and plant height reduced, flowering delayed, florescence extended in treatment groups. The effects of MH 15 mg/L was the best in optimizing ornamental value and extend florescence.
