摘  要:以不同产地的附子为试材,采用高效液相色谱-质谱法(HPLC-MS)对不同产地附子中附子灵和宋果灵的含量进行了比较研究。结果表明:附子灵和宋果灵2种生物碱在0.116~1.16μg/mL、0.25~2.50μg/mL范围内标准曲线呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9992,平均加样回收率为99.1%、99.7%;不同产地附子中附子灵和宋果灵的含量存在较大差异,四川江油的含量最高,陕西城固的最低。该方法简便快速,结果准确,重复性好,灵敏度高,可用于附子灵和宋果灵含量的同时测定,并为附子质量控制研究提供了更加合理可靠的检测方法。Taking daughter roots of Aconitum carmichaeli produced from different areas as materials, the content of fuziline and songorine were analyzed using HPLC-MS method. The results showed that there had a strong linear correlation between the peak and the concentration of the fuziline and songorine within test ranges, with correlation coefficients 0. 9998, 0. 9992 and average recovery rates of 99. 1%, 99. 7% respectively. The content of fuziline and songorine was different in daughter roots of Aconitum carmichaeli produced from different areas,among which Jiangyou of Sichuan was the highest, Chenggu of Shaanxi was the lowest. The developed method was sensitive, accurate and suitable for the quality control of daughter roots of Aconitum carmichaeli.
