摘　　要：在回顾我国电力需求响应主要工作的基础上,分析了需求响应实施过程中的困难和问题,结合国家发展和改革委员会确定的电力需求侧管理城市试点工作,就有关尖峰电价与可中断负荷需求响应在试点城市的应用进行探讨。最后,根据当前我国的实际情况提出了目前应该着眼的需求响应实践工作,并且借鉴国外需求响应经验,提出了我国需求响应的一些前瞻性设想。In this paper, the demand response（DR） activities of China are reviewed as well as the problems occurred during its actual operation. With regard to the DSM pilot cities defined by National Development and Reform Commission （NDRC）, the application of critical peak price and intermptible load price in the pilot city is discussed. Finally, in terms of the actual situation of China, the DR practice to be focused for current stage is proposed. As a forward looking thought, some measures are introduced as well taking reference to the abroad DR experience.
