摘　　要：目的:观察负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在四肢创伤后软组织缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法:应用VSD技术治疗创伤后引起的四肢软组织缺损10例,其中胫骨骨折内固定术后骨外露3例,上肢大面积皮肤剥脱伤后感染创面4例,慢性经久不愈的溃疡创面3例。结果:治疗后患者创面的肉芽组织生长良好,肉芽组织致密,创面新鲜,血运佳;通过后期的植皮或皮瓣转移修复,创面愈合良好。结论:VSD技术通过改善创面的局部血液循环,减轻创面水肿,抑制创面细菌繁殖等方面来促进创面肉芽组织的生长,为后期手术做好准备。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） technology on the repair of soft tissue defect of the limbs. Methods：Ten cases with soft tissue defects,which included 3 cases with tibial fractures with bone exposed,4 cases with large area infection of skin exfoliation and 3 cases with chronic ulcer were treated with VSD. Results：Through the VSD therapy,10 cases with good granulation tissue growth, fresh wound, good blood supply and dense granulation tissue were found, and which were treated with the phase 2 of skin grafts or flap transfer repair and received good clinical effects. Conclusions： VSD technology can improve the blood circulation of wound, reduce wound edema and inhibit bacterial growth to promote the growth of wound granulation tissue, which can provide the preparation of operation again.
