缬沙坦对老年高血压患者血压晨峰与血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨缬沙坦对老年高血压患者血压晨峰现象及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:110例老年高血压患者根据血压晨峰是否超过23.6mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)分为晨峰组(53例)与非晨峰组(57例),均予以缬沙坦80～160mg/d治疗12周,治疗前、后进行动态血压、血清超敏C反应蛋白浓度检查。结果:与血压非晨峰组比较,晨峰组血清超敏C反应蛋白明显增高(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,晨峰组经缬沙坦治疗12周后收缩压(SBP)差值[(30.2±7.1)mmHg VS(20.1±6.5)mmHg]、舒张压(DBP)差值[(19.1±4.5)mmHg VS(12.9±7.2)mmHg]明显降低(P<0.05),而非晨峰组SBP、DBP差值较治疗前无明显降低(P>0.05),两组经缬沙坦治疗12周后血清超敏C反应蛋白浓度均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者血压晨峰程度与血清超敏C反应蛋白浓度相关,缬沙坦能有效控制老年高血压患者晨峰现象,降低血清超敏C反应蛋白浓度。Objective：To investigate influence of Valsartan on morning peak of blood pressure and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein in aged patients with hypertension.Methods：According to morning peak of blood pressure≥23.6mmHg or not,a total of 110 aged patients with hypertension were divided into morning peak of blood pressure group（observe group,n=53） and non-morning peak of blood pressure group（control group,n=57）.Both groups received Valsartan 80~160mg/d for twelve weeks and underwent ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration before and after treatment.Results：Compared with control group,serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration significantly increased in observe group,both compared with before treatment,after twelve-week Valsartan treatment,there were significant decrease in differences of systolic blood pressure（SBP）[（30.2±7.1）mmHg VS（20.1±6.5）mmHg] and diastolic blood pressure（DBP）[（19.1±4.5）mmHg VS（12.9±7.2）mmHg] in observe group（P＆lt;0.05）,but there were no significant decrease in SBP and DBP in control group（P＆gt;0.05）.After twelve-week Valsartan treatment,serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration of the two groups significantly decreased（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Morning peak of blood pressure is closely correlated with serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration in aged patients with hypertension.Valsartan can effectively control morning peak of blood pressure in aged patients with hypertension,reduce serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration
