妊娠期糖尿病患者肥胖抑制素水平与胰岛素抵抗的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病患者肥胖抑制素水平与胰岛素抵抗的关联性。方法:选取我院2009年10月-2012年9月收治的孕周为22～30周的经确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者50例,同期正常孕妇45例,抽血监测相关指标。结果:对照组TCH、HLC水平与研究组比较,差异无统计学意义,两组数据相当;对照组TC、FG、GHL和空腹血糖水平明显低于研究组,P<0.05;对照组OIL水平高于研究组,P<0.05;两组比较,HOMA具有统计学差异,P<0.05。另外,采用多元回归分析,选取因变量为OIL,自变量为HOMA,得回归系数为-8.497 6,P=0.005。结论:胰岛素抵抗是影响妊娠期糖尿病患者肥胖抑制素水平的重要因素。Objective：To study The association of the inhibit hormone levels and insulin resistance of gestational diabetes obesity.Methods：50 cases patients（the gestational age of 22~30 weeks） diagnosed as gestational diabetes in our hospital from October 2009 to September 2012 were chosed as the study group and other 45 cases of Normal pregnant women were chosed as the control group and the related indicators in the blood were examined.Results：The TCH and HLC level of the control group were not statistically significant among the two groups.The TC,FG,GHL and fasting plasma glucose levels of the control group were significantly lower than the study group,P＆lt;0.05.The OIL level of the control group were higher,P＆lt;0.05.The HOMA among the two groups were statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.In addition,the dependent variable was selected for OIL and independent variables of HOMA,the regression coefficient of-8.497 6,P=0.005.Conclusion：Insulin resistance is the important factors which affects the gestational diabetes obesity inhibin levels.
