稀土材料在合成橡胶中的应用

摘　　要：稀土材料主要是作为聚合用催化体系的主催化剂被应用在合成橡胶中。介绍了稀土催化体系及近年来稀土催化聚合在催化剂相态、分子量分布和顺式结构含量等方面取得的进展。介绍了稀土顺丁橡胶、稀土异戊橡胶和稀土丁戊橡胶目前的研究、生产现状及发展趋势。针对中国稀土材料的应用情况,提出了发展建议。Rare-earth materials are mainly used as catalyst in the field of synthetic rubber.Rare-earth catalyst systems and its progress in catalyst state,molecular weight distribution and cis content of polymers were introduced in recent years.The production situation and the development tendency of neodymium butadiene rubber,neodymium isoprene rubber and butadiene/isoprene copolymer were introduced.Based on current situation of application of rare-earth materials in China,the positive suggestions were proposed.
