生态资本运营构成要素研究:功能论视角

摘　　要：生态资本运营是有效运用生态资本使用价值,实现生态资本长期收益整体最大化而进行的活动。生态资本运营要素研究是生态资本运营研究得以开展的重要基础。从功能论的视角探讨生态资本运营构成要素可以发现,生态资本运营要素大致可分为能动性要素、支持性要素和限制性要素三大类。生态资本运营要以能动性要素为核心,以支持性要素为支撑,以限制性要素为约束,注重三类要素的互补协调。Eco-capital operation is an activity to apply the use-value efficiently, and to maximize the long-term overall income of ecol-capital. Research on factors of eco-capital operation is the basis of carrying out eco-capital operation. This article is contemplated to discuss eco-capital operation factors from the perspective of functionalism, assorting them as active factors, supportive factors and restrictive factors. Eco-capital operation should be working with active factors as the core, supportive factors as the sustainment and restrictive factors as the limit; the complementary coordination of the three kinds of factors shall be noted.
