基于分层抽样的种子植物解说对象探讨——以雾灵山自然保护区为例

摘　　要：植物区系是某一区域内所有植物种类的总和,是体现某一区域内物种多样性的重要指标.以河北省雾灵山自然保护区种子植物为对象,基于分层抽样原理,根据裸子植物或被子植物、科物种数、属物种数、某一物种在某一群落中的重要值及保护等级等标志,探讨了自然保护区解说对象筛选程序、方法,拟定了雾灵山100种种子植物重点解说对象.Flora is sum of all plants in an area and it is an important index of species diversity. This paper takes seed plants of Wulingshan Natural Reserve in Hebai Province as case. Based-on the theory of stratified sampling, it discusses procedure and ways of selecting interpretation objects according to the species numbers of families or genera of gymnosperms or angiosperm. At last it provides 100 seed plants as important interpretation objects for Wulingshan Natural Reserve.
