摘　　要：目的查明铜仁市茶店镇发生伤寒暴发疫情规模及原因,控制疫情蔓延结果 2011年10月,铜仁市茶店镇发生伤寒暴发疫情,发病28例,罹患率仅为1.41‰。采集现症病人全血28份,分离到伤寒菌株19株。结论该起疫情为水源污染引起的暴发。Objective To find out the scope and reasons of a typhoid epidemic in Chadian Town of Tongren City,so as to control the epidemics.Results In October,2011,28 cases of typhoid appeared in Chadian Town of Tongren City,with the attack rate of 1.41‰.Collecting blood 28 samples from the patients,a total of 19 bacterial strains were obtained.Conclusions The epidemic was caused by water pollution.
