祛膜止崩乳膏对雌二醇致子宫内膜增生大鼠子宫病理学检查影响

摘　　要：目的观察祛膜止崩乳膏对大鼠子宫内膜增生症的祛膜效果和修复情况。方法隔日肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇建立大鼠子宫内膜增生模型,模型成功后,麻醉,开腹,单侧子宫内给予不同剂量的祛膜止崩乳膏,观察给药后不同时间模型大鼠子宫内膜的病理组织学变化,评价药物的去膜效果和修复情况。结果祛膜止崩乳膏使子宫内膜增生症的大鼠上皮细胞层脱落,内膜变薄,并有广泛的急性炎症反应,给药侧子宫重量大于未给药侧。此作用在给药第3天表现最突出,并呈浓度依赖性。结论祛膜止崩乳膏子宫内给药,对雌激素致大鼠子宫内膜增生症,有去除内膜作用。Objective To observe the effects and repair of Qumo Zhibeng cream treat the estradiol benzoate caused rats＇hyperplasia endometrii. Method intramuscular injection of estradid to buih endometrial hyperplasia rats models. When the model succeeded, anaesthetized and opened the ratsiomens, cured with different concentrations of Zhibeng cream in the unilateral intra - uterine, observed pathological changes of the rats in different time, evaluated the effect and repair of the medicine. Results Qmno Zhibeng cream intrauterine admlni.-ation of endometrial hyperplasia in rat estradlol can cause epithelial cell layer off, endometrial tl0nning, and acute inflammation widely. This medicine effeeted obviously in the In＇st 3 days, and formed the medicine concentration dependency. Conclusion Qumo Zhi- beng cream intrauterine administration has the effect on estrogen induced endometrial hyperplasia of rat eudometrial removal.
