摘  要:按照形成类型来划分,创意产业集聚区可以分成自发型创意产业集聚区和政府主导型创意产业集聚区。政府主导型创意产业区的形成过程比较明了,而自发型创意产业集聚区的形成过程相对较复杂。本文认为自发型创意产业集聚区的形成大致可以分为两个阶段:初始选址期和最终集聚形成期。初始选址期是少数创意企业选定一定区域作为其运营地点的过程,而这一过程往往是基于该区域所具有的环境因素或经济因素的相对优势,且具有一定的偶发性。而最终集聚形成则是由于部分企业的入驻所带来的协同效应使得该区域具有一定的磁力作用,因此能够吸引更多的创意企业纷至沓来。在此基础上,本文构建了自发型创意产业集聚区形成的两阶段模型来解释这一过程。According to the formation of creative industrial cluster, it can be divided into spontaneous creative industrial cluster and government dominant industrial cluster. The formation process of the government dominant industrial cluster is clearer, and the formation process of spontaneous creative industrial cluster is relatively complex. This paper reveals that the formation of the spontaneous creative industrial cluster can be divided into two stages: the initial selection period and the final cluster formation period. The initial selection period is the process of a few creative enterprises located in a certain area, and this process is often based on the relative advantage of the environmental factors or economic factors in this area, and it can be regard as an accidental event. While the final cluster formation is the result of magnetic force of the few enterprises located. The magnetic force comes from the synergistic effect and attracts more creative enterprises to come in. On the basis of it, this paper constructs a two stage model to explain this process.
