摘　　要：宋代矿冶业生产中常常面临两类突发事件:一类是自然灾害类矿难事件;另一类是矿冶业生产者、"流寇"、"盗贼"等人员发起的反抗事件。这两类事件虽然起因多种多样,但都不同程度地给矿冶业生产、当地人民生活和社会秩序带来严重影响,有的事件甚至威胁到朝廷的统治。对此,宋朝统治者采取了种种应对之策。In the Song dynasty there were two kinds of emergencies, one was natural disaster and the other was the resistance from workers, robbers, bandits and so on. The causes of the emergencies were vari- ous, but they affected the people~ lJives and social order seriously, and even some threatened the rule of the court. To these emergencies, the rulers adopted all kinds of measures to respond.
