摘　　要："十二五"是河北省全面建设小康社会,进一步推进工业化、城市化进程的重要阶段。而矿产资源的保障程度是河北经济能否实现持续、快速、健康发展的瓶颈。本文在回顾"十一五"河北经济发展及矿产资源保障情况的基础上,分析了"十二五"河北经济对矿产资源的需求态势,并从供、需、管三个方面归纳出保障矿产资源平稳供应的八个关键因素。The next five years, as mentioned in the＂ Twelfth Five - year Plan＂, will be a crucial period for Hebei province, in building well - off society in an all round way, as well as in further promoting its regional industrialization and urbanization. Meanwhile, the bottle neck of both achievements is the guar- antee capacity of mineral resources supplying, which, to a great extent, will determine whether the eco- nomic development is sustainable, fast and healthy. On the basis of reviewing works which have been done on the economic development and mineral resources supplying condition within the last five years in the province, the article analyzes the mineral resource requirement tendency, according to the economic development goals of Hebei province in the next five years. Also, eight key factors, aiming at ensuring steady mineral resources supplying, are summed up from three aspects which respectively are supplying, requiring, and managing.
